We understand no order can exceed your budgeted amount (so in order to help you receive what you need, we will adjust the quantities and even absorb cost to ensure that your order stays within your budget even if/when your budget is more limited). 

For each order we mock up the artwork (Detachment Specific i.e. your DET NUMBER AND CONTACT info) scaled to size exactly as it will look on the item and send to you for your approval prior to production.

We ensure that the graphics are managed according to HQ standards.  Ensuring the proper color/ scale and verbiage. 

NO ORDER will move to production until we have received the proper payment authorization. For instance, on XNET ORDERS- we hold production until we have received payment approval directly from Linda Colvin and for A&P or Det funding- we hold production until we have received the Visa Impact Card information from your Supply Tech or Det Card Holder.
